Tobey Nelson Events + Design

All the way up on Whidbey Island there’s this absolute genius of a floral designer named Tobey Nelson.  Formerly Vases Wild, Tobey changed her business name in 2016 to user her own name and better reflect that she’s also a top-notch event designer and wedding planner.

As part of a rebranding effort, Tobey worked with a local design duo to come up with two new logo iterations – one featuring a backdrop of this explosion of flowers and floral textures which perfectly suits her own exuberant style of floral design:

 

I designed the website around that, which is exactly what we did in 2014 with the previous iteration of vaseswild.com, where Tobey had a logo designed and we just took it from there.  This time, however, the site is much more sophisticated and sleek.  Its most important feature is the gallery section.
